
Located inside Seoul Station, the Seoul Railway
Museum presents several exhibits showing Korea's train-related history. Opened in April 1987,
it includes scenes and equipment from the first railway line to modern subways and has a
special exhibit for the current construction of the high speed rail line.The museum contains
over 500 items in 6 different areas, including maps of Korea's railway, sample tickets from
different time periods, tools used in the construction and maintenance of tracks, equipment
for monitoring trains, miniature scale replicas of major or unusual train stations, and
clothing worn by railway officials.








Hours: 0900-2000 (Mar.-Oct.), 0900-19:00 (Nov.-Feb.)
(Closed Mondays and the day after major holidays.)
