![]() The middle peak is the highest one (about 6 meters in height), and its posture looks like a solider. Nam-bong (south peak), called 'Daughter peak' or 'Concubine peak' stands amiably under the roof. Buk-bong (north peak), called 'Son peak' or 'Wife peak' seems to be turning away its face as if ashamed. Jung Dojeon, a famous prime minister who had assisted the founding of the ancient Joseon Dynasty is said to have enjoyed the scenery while living in seclusion here. He named his second name Sambong (meaning "three peaks").
