![]() Shrine for General Ha Kong-jin This holy shrine contains the portrait and memorial tablet of the late General Ha Kong-jin who was a faithful subject in the Koryo Dynasty. It has been used for offering religious services in memory of his exploits. General Ha was a meritorious subject during the first year of the reign of King Hyeon-jong (A.D. 1010). He not only defended the crisis of the royal household domestically, but also repelled the 400,000 troops of the Kitan abroad. He gave up his life while held hostage an enemy.
