 
This sprawling tourist complex on the foothills across the Yoch'eon Stream from
Namwon services the multitudes of hikers who come
to tackle Jiri-san National Park. Establishments
for lodging, food, and amusement line the main street. The area also appears to artists with
scheduled performances at the Ch'unhyang Cultural Arts Center and the National Folk Music
Institute. Numerous scuptures and other works of art also dot the area. At the top of the
area, Namwon Land amusement park caters to the young at heart with the usual assortment of
rides and games.
Directions: Honam Expressway, Jeonju Interchange -> National Road #17 - >Imsil -> Namwon -> Gwanghallu -> located within Namwon Tourist Complex
Food and Drink:
The area has many restaurants offering a variety of mostly Korean and some Western food.
Despite being a tourist area, the prices have remained resonable. |
