Traditional Korean House Tour Namsan Hannok Village is comprised of several units of Hannok (traditional Korean house) where you can appreciate the household establishments as well as traditional style of residences of the Joseon Dynasty's Yangban (upper-class society). Enjoy the traditional tea in addition to learning and participating in the tea ceremony. After the tea ceremony, we will head to the Ginseng Center or Amethyst Factory. Ginseng is recognized all over the world as a cure-all, and processed products made of ginseng are sold in this center. Amethyst symbolizes peace, sincerity and health, and the amethyst produced in Korea is recognized as among the highest quality in the world. The next stop is Insadong Alley with hundreds of shops along the street specializing in cultural products, such as traditional ink paintings, calligraphic works, antique furniture, curios, handicrafts, ceramics, and modern-style traditional dresses.
