June 3, 1978, marked the grand opening of the Westin Chosun Beach Hotel. For the past 22 years, the hotel
has played a vital role in the tourism of Busan. It became the first deluxe hotel in the Busan area. It was
also the first joint-partnership between an international hotel chain and a domestic group, a contract that

Rooms
The Westin Chosun Beach Hotel's 305 guestrooms include all the amenities to ensure a good night's rest. From
luxurious suite rooms, deluxe rooms, superior rooms, family guestrooms, traditional 'Ondol' rooms, and
executive rooms, take pleasure in rooms furnished with air-conditioners, televisions, a mini-bar, and direct
international calling- your solution for perfect relaxation. Guests can also select from three different types
of suite rooms: the 'Ondol' suite, Deluxe suite and Executive suite. For your added comfort and much-deserved
rest, all suite rooms are divided into separate bedroom and living room areas and offer a view overlooking the
beautiful Haeundae Beach area. The 40 rooms on the 8th to 10th floors are designated as non-smoking.
Deluxe Room
The comfortable expanse of the deluxe rooms, located on the 3rd to 8th floors,
includes both a sitting room and bedroom, regular TV broadcasting, pay per view
movies, refrigerator and mini-bar, safe deposit box, bathrobe, same day dry-cleaning
service, free shoe-shining service, and 24-hour room service.
'Ondol' Room
For a more culturally diverse experience, traditional Korean style 'Ondol' rooms are also available.
A favorite among foreign guests, the spacious 'Ondol' rooms are decorated with charming Korean furnishings

Executive Room
A 'hotel within a hotel' concept is the model for the Executive room. Located on the 9th and 10th floors of

Presidential Suite Room

Executive Club Lounge
The inviting atmosphere of the ninth floor Executive Club Lounge has a 24-hour Guest Relations Officer (GRO)
who will assist you with any air and hotel reservations, as well as business and tourism information.
The GRO can also direct you to the numerous secretarial services and meeting rooms, and will quickly check
you in and out. Another feature of the Executive Club Lounge is a complimentary breakfast buffet, evening
